Shipping policy

Free delivery on orders over $100.

Orders placed online will be dispatched within 3 working days and delivered within 3-6 working days across Australia and between 3-14 working days for international orders. You will receive an email notification when your products are dispatched or if delivery cannot be achieved. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.

Please note that due to the perishable and flammable nature of some of our products, they are not permissible for international shipping. If you have any questions or comments, please do not hesitate to contact us at hello@hunterlavenderfarm.com.au. 

1. Hunter Lavender delivers nationwide across Australia via Australia Post. Estimated delivery times are based on historical Australia Post historical data.
2. Our international courier partner is DHL. Target delivery days quoted are in business days and exclude local public holidays. Target delivery days are measured from the time the shipment arrive into the Sydney Distribution Center. Target delivery days quoted are estimates based on historical performance and are subject to changes without prior notice. Any delay at the destination countries is beyond the control of DHL eCommerce Solutions. Delivery to areas outside major cities, or where you shipment is dutiable or held at customs may take longer.
