Refund policy
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Contact us at hello@hunterlavenderfarm.com.au outlining the issue and if your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please send the item by registered post for tracking purposes and retain proof of shipping as evidence of the date of shipment.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once the issue is confirmed you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
